“Creativity is the #1 skill for business professionals to master in 2020”

This year, we’ve seen how fast everything can change.
We’ve seen that the best plans don’t always prepare you for the unknown.
And we’ve seen that we can’t do things the way we always did if we want to survive – and thrive in the future.
Millions of people were thrown into remote working situations – overnight.
And while there are benefits, we’re also starting to see the downside of a remote workforce.
Collaboration is harder.
Projects take longer.
And those little moments of connection have been lost — and are harder to create.
That’s not good for productivity, innovation, or wellbeing.
But hope is not lost.
There is one skill that will help you connect people, and introduce new ways of thinking that will help you innovate – and solve problems…
Creativity.
And I can help your company ignite and strengthen the creative talents of your people – so you can innovate and solve problems.
Creativity for Business is a new virtual workshop that brings teams together to connect, learn, and re-discover their creative talents.
This isn’t about learning to paint or sing songs – it’s about learning how to hone a critical business skill that will help your engagement, productivity, and performance.
This hands-on workshop is designed to ignite – and strengthen – your creative thinking so you can innovate and solve problems.
When IBM interviewed 1500 CEOs around the world, Creativity was named the most important leadership quality.
Features

Each week focuses on a different aspect of creative thinking, and includes practical exercises and examples to strengthen your creative thinking.
You’ll have short, weekly tasks to strengthen your knowledge and creative thinking (time commitment 1 hour or less per week), and a final creative experiment to run between weeks 4-6.
You’ll also receive resources each week to cement the concepts and learning.
